Finish foil:
Turkuaz manufactures high quality decorative product of every kind. Finish foils are one of the essential parts of the production of the panels. They also allow the user to give the best finish to the furniture using the right type of decorative paper which characterize the style of the furniture. Relief, frames, "curved" parts, rounded corners and back rests. The finished foils are produced in two macro types: finished and paintable (subject to checking the compatibility between the surface varnishes and the paints), it is suitable for painting with high gloss or matt paint; and finished, with high resistance to marks and damage by chemicals etc. Finish foil is printed on pre-impregnated paper and lacqured for overlaying particle board and MDF board for and similar substrates furniture industry.

Gramage:

Foil is glued on the substrates with PVA or urea based resin

Temperature: 90-160 C° Time : 4-10 second Pressure : 2 - 7 kg/cm2

Packing:

In rolls 1250 mm, 1760 mm, 1830 mm ,1870 mm,  2100 mm wide and 1000 running meters per roll

Decorative paper:

Decorative paper is printed special paper used for surfacing woodbased panel in order to provide esthetics and resistance , Depending of type pf final usage our printed decor paper can be converted in to:

• High pressure laminant (HPL)
• Contiounus pressure laminant (CPL)
• Low pressure malamine (LPM)
• Finish foil
• Edgebandings

For low pressure malamine:

• MDF
• Particleboard
• Or other suitbale wooden surface.

Pressing:
Temperature :185-200 C0
Time : 35
second Pressure : 25kg /cm2

PVC FOILS

 Our latest technology  pvc foils  are  for membrane and vacuum press  aplications for interior and exterior   furniture industry. With its thermoplastic features the PVC 0,40mm foils, which is pressed in the membrane and vacuum press is used to produce 3D (halloved,engraved and  curved) shaped door,kitchen doors and wardrobe. Also this technic allows to produce 3D shape door skins and flat surfaces.   PVC foils has been developed for  kitchen, bedroom, ceeling and  panel furniture market mainly.
