Decor PAPER

Our Printed Decor papers are used for surfacing wood based panels in order to provide :

Esthetics (solid colors,woodgrains, or other prints).
Resistance (resin impregnation or lacquering).

Our Printed Decor papers can be used in a wide range of applications :

Furniture: office furniture, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, living room, bedroom.
Construction: flooring, interior and outdoor fittings, doors and cubicles.
Renovation: stores, houses, office.

Depending on the type of final usage, Our Printed Decor papers can be converted into :

High Pressure Laminates (HPL).
Continuous Pressure Laminates (CPL).
Low Pressure melamine panels (LPM).
Finish Foils panels (FF).
Edgebanding.

Depending of type pf final usage our printed decor paper can be converted in to:

• High pressure laminant (HPL)
• Contiounus pressure laminant (CPL)
• Low pressure malamine (LPM)
• Finish Foils
• Edgebandings

For low pressure malamine:

Subsrates:
• MDF
• Particleboard
• Or other suitbale wooden surface.

Pressing:
Temperature :185-200 C
Time : 35 second
Pressure : 25kg /cm2

Packing:
On pallet , 1830-3660 mm  as  melamine films,  1850-2100 mm width and 500-1000 kg rolls with protected packing material
